So, based on the complexity and the length of Lithegol: The Prophecy I have decided to target it to a Young Adult audience. I am updating his voice and a few other areas to make it fit the genre better. I have also been consolidating certain scenes in an effort to get the first novel within the golden range for word count: 60,000 - 80,000 words. Right now I'm sitting at 72,000. I've kept the core character development and main events intact and I think it will be a better read all around. I'm excited to see how it fairs with the agents now that I have it in the sweet spot for length. I'll keep you all posted.
